This magnificent paddle wheel stopped at the Winona Levee for a couple of hours on August 10, 2015. I captured this image from across the Mississippi River on Latsch Island. The puffy clouds and a Bald Eagle added to the interest as did Sugarloaf peeking over the top deck.
